This was my first experience at Audi of Natick. Brought my car in for a few minor service items. Service time was quick and the service tech was really informative. I had a good conversation about the service provided and what he found. I also talked with a sales rep (Kevin Chu) while I waited for my car to be completed. He was also very helpful. I recently purchased my car out of state and the dealer didn’t help me set up the Audi app and link it to my car. Kevin helped me do all of that after my car was out of service. Overall, a great first experience.

Our supervisor Ben was professional and courteous and kept us up to date throughout the process of the repair. The car was returned in a timely manner and was impeccable. We would highly recommend Natick Audi and look forward to our next purchase with them.

Owen was very easy-to work with and explained everything clearly. He was very professional and had great customer service skills. The dealership itself was extremely clean and the inventory was impressive and all staff were helpful and professional. I'm glad I made the trip from Connecticut to this dealership
