2016 MINI Cooper S

TLDR; Arash was great, no pressure, quick purchase, great prices! Purchased my car 3/25/24, and it was a very pleasant experience. I showed up to look at a specific vehicle, but unfortunately, it had just sold. Arash then sat me down, and we looked through other SUV options, just in case I was interested in something else they had. He showed me a few options, and I really liked the CX-5. I did tell him I was interested in another car at another dealership, and instead of pushing me for the sale of his CX-5, he asked for the VIN of the car I was looking at. We went through the Carfax to make sure I would get a good deal if I decided on that car instead. Which really surprised me! Overall, my buying experience was great. His cars were competitively priced and honestly much better priced than the other dealerships I was looking at for similar cars. I was not pressured at all, and once I decided to buy (cash), it took maybe 10 minutes to sign papers and be on my way! I did call in advance that I decided on the CX-5, so they were able to prep the paperwork in advance. They do offer in-house financing, as he gave me multiple options/offers on how to buy. Again, I was not pressured on how to buy. If I am in need of another used car, I will come back here 100%. Time will tell on the quality of the car I purchased, but many things like that are out of their hands and will take that into account if I run into any difficulties. A thorough inspection shows that the car I purchased is in great shape for the miles/cost. 100% recommend for a good used vehicle!

Derek and team were so helpful in helping me and my son buy his first car! I read almost every review before going and everything I read has so far true and on par. Derek was very quick to communicate via text when I was still shopping around for an Infiniti G35. I will definitely be back to buy my daughter’s first car in a couple years! Thanks again for everything and for helping me dig in the trash when I accidentally threw away my son’s key ????

My dad and I walked in looking for a new car and Arash was there ready to help us out. He was very attentive to our needs and wants. He was honest and straight up about everything. He’s also one of the nicest people I’ve met; a very genuine man that you can trust. Texas Auto Trade Center has great cars and a team you can rely on.
