I recently got my car serviced at BMW Sarasota and was able to get my 328i back in great shape after dealing with on/off ABS system errors and check engines lights for 3 months. Brooke was my service rep and she was very straightforward as to what needed to be done and how long the service would potentially take. I appreciated the video breakdown that Juan prepared for me to see the needed repairs before working on my car. The car is running much more smoothly and I it’s nice to drive without seeing disturbing warning lights on the dashboard. The repair and replacement service cost me a pretty penny of nearly $5K, which is a steep setback, but from what I was told, it wouldn’t have been a couple thousand more without the price reduction that I was given. So I’m thankful and God willing, won’t have to see the service team again for while other than a standard routine service check-in.
I worked with Greg B. He was awesome. He spent several hours on the phone with my warranty company and got them to cover the repairs on several issues. His perseverance and patience paid off, thanks Greg!! He also hooked me up with a rental car which is right there at the dealership so that I had a car while repairs were being made. My car is running and driving like new again. I would not hesitate to send my friends and family there. Great place! Thank you guys for a great experience.
BMW of Sarasota did an outstanding job in fixing the refrigerant valve on my new X5 50e. I called them on a Friday morning and was seen the same day at 2 PM. The problem was quickly diagnosed, service video provided, and the repair was begun. I was given a loaner car and the repair was finished on Saturday morning. This was crucial since I was to drive 1200 miles and the repair was vital for safe travel. Service advisor Josh and his associate Cameron and technician Tucker went above and beyond the call of duty fix this complex problem. I had not been a previous client, but will return In the future for my service needs. I am an auto enthusiast and BMW of Sarasota provided one of the best service experiences I have had. Highly recommended!
