Wonderful experience! My fiancé got his 2017 RAV4 here so I decided to give it a shot after a lady hit me and totaled my 2013 Volkswagen Passat. Brian B. was amazing in finding exactly what I was wanting and doing his best to get it my price range! The business side took care of me and made sure I get the protection I needed while staying close to my budget!!! Great staff!! I felt like I was listened too! No haggling just straight forward!!! I will be coming back when I’m ready to upgrade the 2021 Toyota Coralla LE they sold me!!! Best buying experience ever!!! Thank you so much!!!

Came in to buy a car after not having one for years! Morgan was very kind, straightforward, & patient with me! She made the process so easy and smooth. I spent 4 hours max at the dealership but Morgan made sure I was comfortable and kept me updated the entire wait time. I was afraid of a pushy salesman but she was the complete opposite. She was more than willing to help and made sure I got the car that was best for me. Nick in financing also was very kind, a little pushy but still was willing to help me get the best deal. Overall it was a good experience and I would highly recommend Morgan!

Superb service from start to finish. When you go to a new dealership for service, you're always looking to feel calm and safe at your new "service" home. After reading previous reviews, I was nervous but open to the experience. Toyota @ Grapevine was 10/10 awesome! Upon arrival, the service tech held conversation with me as we waited for my designated service rep to arrive; very kind and not required whatsoever. I enjoyed taking a look at the various monitors and wall information on tires while I waited. My assigned service rep Cory, was so informative and kind! It's often the case that if you're a female bringing in your vehicle, you feel slightly brushed off but that was not the case at Toyota Grapevine; not at any moment of the experience. I mentioned my front bumper and Service rep got on his back to take a further look before the car was even taken in to be serviced; wow! I was escorted over to the waiting area and was pleasantly surprised to see ample seating, clean waiting areas, and awesome beverage services. Not to mention a Hertz desk inside the dealership. I appreciate a fine layout where you can hang out comfortably, get your work done, or learn more about other vehicles carried by the maker. When my car was ready, the Service rep came over to let me know what was completed and explained in great detail with additional care tips. I was told, the car was ready when I'm ready and I was very happy to not feel rushed to leave; having the freedom to finish what I was working on and packed up was very noteworthy. My car was waiting for me with the key in ignition and I left within 1.5 hours. Best service experience in North TX for sure! I will most definitely be back and may consider trading in one of my other cars based on the service received. Thanks Toyota Of Grapevine! Cory is an excellent representative of your location!
