2015 MINI Cooper S

This is a great place for auto repair and pre-purchase inspections! I wanted to get my new used car inspected to ensure there were so serious problems with the car, and they did a full and thorough report on the car to make sure I was getting a good deal. They sent a full report via text and printed on the report as well so I could have it on my phone and paper copy. They were super friendly and answered all my questions about the needed repairs, and they assured me I was buying a good car for the price. It's great to have that piece of mind when purchasing a used car because you never know what you're getting until you have the professionals take a look. They said the car needed new rear brakes, new windshield wipers, and a few other things. They provided pictures of the brakes so I could see for myself. I could tell the windshield wipers needed to be replaced the first time I drove it home. Very trustworthy and honest mechanics. Highly recommend!

Today on my way to work my front tire blew out. I pulled over and put on the spare, which turned out to be flat also. I limped the car over to Strong Automotive hoping they could air up the tire for me. They let me pull the car up, aired up the tire, and even torqued the lug nuts for me. I tried to pay, and he wouldn't accept it! Made it to work and home again. Thank you so much, you really saved my day. I'll be spreading the word.

I highly recommend Strong Automotive for their integrity, expertise, and awesome customer service. I was 1300 miles from home with 2 young kids when my 2019 SUV began overheating in the late afternoon 110 degree heat of Redding. I knew Mike and his crew worked on my dad’s classic Chevy through the years and could be trusted. The owner Mike supplied a loaner car since he would not be able to get my car up on the rack until the following morning. Turns out the radiator that was replaced previously after hitting a deer, had a factory defect. Mike took care of coordinating with the other shop in the Midwest since the repair was covered under their warranty, even boxing and shipping the defective radiator. Mike recommended that we drive up to Weaverville to make sure everything was good before heading back home. Mike even called a few days later to make sure everything was good with car through our trip home. If you’re looking for a locally owned shop with integrity, Strong Automotive is your best bet.
