However, salesman Ryan David took great care and explained the process to me in the simplest way possible and made it all make sense, also providing a healthy background and maintenance history of my vehicle, making me more comfortable with the purchase. The whole team is great. Recently a light came on. Thanks to communication from the salesman, Ryan to the manager, James. I was taken care of. James assisted me when it came to keeping my car serviced and running in an orderly manner. I truly appreciate KAB, more specifically Ryan for a great initial experience and James for sealing the deal and continuing to provide great customer service and support even when not obligated to do so.
