My experience at Mercedes Benz of Jacksonville was exceptional. My service advisor (Rick Adams) is amazing at Mercedes of JAX. He takes care of everything promptly. He says “no problem” no matter my requests. For instance, I was out of town and my partner didn’t want to go to the dealership to get my serviced E-350. Rick Adams had it delivered to our door, shiny, repaired perfectly and detailed.
