I had got myself into a new car a week before i came here. My interest rate on that car was a little high at 10.9%. My credit is good and the rate seemed average for the time. The prior car also had some undisclosed issues that left me feeling regretful. I ended up searching for a new vehicle. That’s when I met Andrew Singh. Andrew had met me when I first arrived and was not pushy like most other dealers. There was a sincere sense of honesty with him. I explained my situation and very understanding. Andrew seemed like he genuinely wanted to help me. That being said, he started off by showed me around Audi South Orlando and what vehicles were available. We agreed on driving a 2021 Q3 S line. Typically the bright blue color would catch my eye. What really got me interested was Andrew. His knowledge of the car itself and how it compares to other models. He was able to explain the mechanical differences to me which means a lot. He even knows the smallest details that I don’t think many others would. That’s what ultimately helped me make the best decision for my very specific needs. Had he not be knowledgeable, I would have ended up feeling disappointed afterward. After concluding the Q3 is the cad I want, we had the discussion of how we were going to get myself out of the car prior. I was guaranteed a lower interest rate; seemingly far fetched. However, Andrew really stuck to his word and got me an 8.5% interest rate! To put this into perspective, a friend of mine with exceptional credit and history had purchased a brand new Silverado that same day.. with an 8.7% rate. May not be much, but I think it’s incredible that I can get a lower rate on a used vehicle. Andrew picked me up from the other dealer as I returned my car. Words cannot explain how patient he is for this. He even stayed late to help me. That’s selfless if I’d seen it. Lastly, the dealership was very clean and paperwork was simple. There wasn’t much back and forth, and I felt very welcomed. One thing I’d like to note: my car does come with two more years of Audi warranty, roadside assistance and two complimentary services which was disclosed to me early on. Little things like those make a big difference in purchasing a used vehicle. I believe the integrity of Andrew and everyone I worked with should not go unnoticed. There is no other dealership I’d go. I cannot thank them enough.
