It was an absolute pleasure to purchase my new Volvo at North Point Volvo Cars. I usually dread going through the process of buying a car but Mr. Anthony Jones made the experience not only seamless but also enjoyable. It is rare to find someone as honest and with such great customer service skills! There were no gimmicks and no pressure at all!! I was able to purchase the car in less than two hours and since I was short on time, was offered to come back at my convenience so all of the features of my new vehicle could be explained to me in detail. Once I returned, Mr. Jones expertly and patiently went over what I needed/wanted to know since the car has a ton of updated features. Mr. Jones also went above and beyond and installed a sunglasses holder so I did not have to wait longer.
