Going to dealerships give me high and extreme anxiety, BUT THANKS TO ANTOINE who made the experience very easy and very comfortable! I was not in the market to look for a vehicle, but life circumstances happened to where I had to trade in my baby Blue (Hyundai) on Friday and upgrade to something safer and more convenient. I found the new Blue of my life ????, great miles, color,interior, good on gas, and got it for a good price! I was showed varieties of vehicles that peaked my interest, but the trailblazer stood out to me more. Antoine walked me through the entire process & kept communication with me the entire week before making my final decision. He was not like your normal pushy salesman, he actually cared about my budget, my interest, etc. He was patient with me and allowed me as much time to go home research & weigh my options. The staff was amazing as well including the manager Art & title agent Mario. All were relatable in communication and helpful. When they gave me the keys to my new car I was treated like family & the feeling was trilling & exciting. I definitely love my car & the treatment in this establishment. Great vibes & thier coffee machine downstairs is so cool and futuristic lol. If you're in the market for a new car I'd recommend this dealership & Antonie definitely. **wanted to also mention, Sébastien, a finance manager, whom broke down the price amount and fees in a very easy & simple way. He answered all my questions in great detail & I felt more reassurance on the purchase I made. Did I mention, I love my new car! ????

I’m going to start this review by telling you how much I typically HATE shopping for a car. It is one of the most loathsome activities I can imagine. So it was with this attitude that we started our journey down the road to new vehicle ownership. We walked into Randy Marion Cadillac and were actually greeted with a genuine smile as we walked in. Then, we met the BEST car salesman (I didn’t think they existed), Mr. Tommy McBride. He let the car sell itself. He was there to answer questions but just let us drive and experience the ride. With Tommy’s blessing we went to another dealership to check out the drive on a similar vehicle. The contrast in the experience with Randy Marion’s dealership vs their competitor was night and day. We turned around and went back to Tommy the next day and ordered a vehicle. Tommy contacted us regularly while we waited for the car to be built. He brought us in for the “great reveal” (which was AWESOME!). He spent several hours introducing us to the car. Then, texted us “homework” which allowed us to experience even more cool features of the car. I find myself in a position I NEVER thought I’d be in- recommending a dealership AND a car salesman.
