Everyone at Byblos treat you like family . They don't rush you into buying a vehicle from them . I just bought my Subaru from Byblos , I went in looking for a certain vehicle that they didn't have but the owner helped me find something that I absolutely love . We looked at vehicles and my husband and I talked,laughed and joked with this family. They not only helped me find a vehicle that i love but they also worked hard to get my car note as cheap as possible to where i felt comfortable paying it every month. They also made sure that no one at the insurance company got over on me when i added my car to my exiting insurance policy. I bought a 2017 Lincoln continental from Byblos and the experience was amazing. I had spotted the car online and when I came in Eli tossed me the keys and said check it out but I won’t hover over you, take your time. I was super impressed with the friendliness of the staff and when they found out I had a 3hr ride home, pulled the car into the shop to check all the fluids. Christy in the office answered the phone a couple times while I was in the office and told the person on the other end she would call them back in a few minutes because she was helping a client. She took care of the paperwork quickly and efficiently while carrying on a friendly professional conversation at the same time. Eli had me put his personal cell number in my phone and told me to text him when I arrived home to make sure I got home safe. Unbelievable customer service. These guys are the real deal. Highly recommend anyone buy a car here. Honestly I don’t think I’ll buy a car anywhere else ever again. Byblos feels like home…which makes sense because they treat you like family!
