2015 MINI Cooper - 4 Door

It’s always a great experience at Rogers Subaru! Jackson Rose in Service went above and beyond to find and arrange installation of a windshield. He was ready to take my car when I arrived and arranged for a great loaner. While at the counter my salesman, Chris Watson, stopped by to offer help if I needed anything. Jackson called when the car was done and I was happy that not only was the installation and full service done but the car was freshly washed. I appreciate a dealership that treats customers like family!

I had not purchased a vehicle in almost fourteen years, so I was pretty nervous about stepping onto a car lot. But I had nothing to worry about at Rogers. They offered me a great experience from the moment I stepped on the lot until I drove my new Forester home. My sales rep, Chris Watson, asked me a few questions to better understand what I was looking for and then guided me through the features of the vehicle that was perfect for my needs. He was professional, knowledgeable, and always respectful. The entire sales staff was low pressure (I suppose you can be when you have an excellent product!) The overall experience was great. I highly recommend Roger's Subaru.

This was my first time leasing or buying a car from a dealership, and both of the staff members that helped us were excellent and made it an all around comfortable experience. Shane helped us pick out our vehicle and answered questions about the features and options. Even though he's still pretty new to that position he was very knowledgeable and for the questions he couldn't answer right away, he took the time to get the answer for us. He was very pleasant and did a great job making us feel comfortable. Dane handled the financial paperwork and he explained everything very thoroughly. He went out of his way to answer questions about the ceramic coating and other options and knew helpful statistics about the windshield protection option that helped us make that choice. Overall, leasing a Subaru from Rogers was a great experience and I appreciate Shane and Dane for helping us through the process!
