2017 MINI Cooper 4 Door

I was in a pinch to find a full-size SUV to move my daughter into her college dorm, even after making several reservations around town for that vehicle at different locations. No one in town seemed to have one, and even this location couldn’t promise it at first. But they stayed in touch, kept me updated before my reservation, and came through with exactly what I needed. Their customer service and willingness to go the extra mile were outstanding - it was truly refreshing. Highly recommend if you need a rental in the Matthews area

This local branch is top-notch service! They always treat you with a smile, and I’m able to get in and out typically within 15 minutes. I would never go to the airport if I can help it.The selection of cars are premium and I’ve always been very satisfied. They take very good care of me always. Very professional! I just wish they were open on Sunday But it’s worth renting an extra day just so that I can avoid the airport and take it back to this local branch because it’s so much easier and much better service. The last two times I have rented a Cadillac, Escalade, ESV and a jeep and I’ve had fun in both of them.

The team is exceptionally courteous and approachable when responding to inquiries. They demonstrated great patience during the rental car assignment process. I am highly satisfied with the level of hospitality provided.
