2018 MINI Cooper S 4 Door

I’m very pleasantly surprised with my recent service visit at Jenkins Hyundai. “Ben” was the service tech for my visit and was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful. He checked in multiple times to let me know the status of my vehicle and what costs would be. He appears to like his job and it certainly shows. Other staff in the service center seemed pleasant. In the waiting area there is an extensive coffee bar with snacks and plenty of comfortable seating. This service center seems to be a well-oiled machine with special attention given towards customer service. I will say the wait times are long. I waited about an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation. However, they are obviously a very busy service center so the wait didn’t bother me. Bring a book with you. I would definitely recommend this place!

The greeter got me an advisor quickly even though this was an emergency (no appointment) with an engine oil leak. The service advisor George made me very comfortable with his knowledge and quick attention. The problem was fixed and I did not have to leave the car there at all

Jason my service advisor is awesome! He went above and beyond to take care of me and my vehicle. He kept me up to date with the process and also contacted me when it was ready. He got it done in a very short period of time and nice clean work. Highly recommend. Thank you again Jason
