Highly Recommend!” Even though we almost came closing time Paul didnt hesitate to greet us and show us the car we had like .To make the story short we ended closing the deal Sunday because Saturday we couldn't come due a family event and everything was pretty much done just sign and go. Overall Paul was great to work with and really went above and beyond to help us with our trade. He also kept us well informed along the way about timing and next steps. It was a pleasure working with him and I would highly recommend him.

Thank you for reaching out to me regarding my 2020 Nissan Rogue's recent service at Carson Nissan. This is the first time that I have owned a vehicle worthy of dealership servicing. I came in to make an appointment and was greeted by John. He explained the process and assisted me in planning for the appointment. He also took the time to answer my questions regarding the Owner's Manual maintenance schedule. When I arrived for the service appointment I was assisted by Raymond. Since this vehicle is new to me, I was unsure of the previous maintenance history. I had the Carfax but some maintenance items were not listed. Raymond was thorough and took the responsibility to contact the service manager of the previous Nissan dealership that had performed the maintenance, to verify my Rogue's maintenance history. Both John and Raymond were cordial and polite, professional while keeping a friendly disposition. The maintenance was performed expeditiously by the unseen heroes in the back. I especially appreciate the car wash before the return after service. Thank you to all that contributed to my first dealership service experience. Work to be completed was explained and was completed in a timely matter. We were not pressured to have additional work performed, and all staff were very friendly. Our service manager, Edgar, took good care of us and informed us of any future work to be done.
