We made an appointment with a salesman but he was still with another customer when we arrived. So, Alan ended up being our first impression; setting a positive tone from the start. It seemed like that positive experience wouldn’t last when we were sent back to our original salesman. But, my husband gave Alan the feedback and he made it right by suggesting the vehicle we ended up purchasing. He also set us up with Colin Orr on our second visit who was patient, attentive and knowledgeable. Shayla and the finance team were equally as helpful. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more.

DJ was awesome! Never felt pressured. However, he did attend to all our needs, and he listened, and he got us a deal that made us drive out with a new Mazda C5 carbon for my daughter. The whole team was excellent, to be honest. The financing manager was very informative with all our options, and he never tried to get us into something less than what she deserved. The experience was very well, Stock there is somewhat limited, however, I'm poetry sure they wouldn't have a problem getting what you need, because they were looking at stock on their computer and almost all our desires were available within a day. Thank you, guys, for all that you did. I will share my great experience wherever I may.

This was the 2nd vehicle I’ve bought from a Horne dealership. The sales person was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I didn’t get any of the usual pressure tactics from the sales person or the manager. They seemed genuinely interested in working with me to answer questions and come to a mutually acceptable agreement. I felt respected and appreciated. We love our new car and we’re thankful for the great deal Horne Mazda gave us. I would suggest if you’re in the market for a new car, start at Horne first. It may be your last stop.
