I had a great experience buying my 2008 BMW 335i convertible from Alex and highly recommend him. Before coming to see his car, I'd just seen a car at another small dealership where they clearly had low standards and the car was a bit of a mess (a different brand of tire on each wheel!). Then I saw a car at a BMW dealership, where the salesman seemed to know nothing about the car and the sales manager basically laughed off my wanting to have the car checked out so I knew what issues it might have ("we only guarantee the car drives and stops safely"). Unlike most dealerships, Alex goes the extra mile to make sure the car has been checked out and any major issues addressed. Plus he's very knowledgeable about the cars he sells, so he can help you understand the condition of the car as well as how to maintain it. He also makes sure you take enough time with the car to figure out whether it's what you're looking for. Alex had put a lot of money in the car fixing an issue, so I didn't even attempt to bargain on price but as a gesture of good will he reduced it a bit, which I appreciated. I wish there were more small dealerships like Twin Peaks!

I was searching for a reliable and well-maintained, luxurious car, and this is the spot to purchase your car. I never really do reviews. This is my first review ever and I have to say that this was One of the best experience in my whole entire life purchasing a car. Alex is so respectful, honest and truthful. I was originally not able to take home my car, even though I drove three hours to pick it up, but he made it happen. I appreciate him and my parents so much.
