They were so kind, careful, and thorough throughout the process. I was interested in a few different models of Audis and they have tons of inventory! All of the cars appear brand new, as they are cleaned and waxed, you would never know they are used! Tommy only buys cars he has inspected for top-notch quality. it was hard to pick a car since there were so many good options, but I ultimately purchased a black 2016 Audi Q5 2.0. I live in California and needed my car to be shipped from Minnesota to Los Angeles and Tommy took care of the entire process! I found U-Car Connect on-line, by chance...was looking for a “gently-used” Audi A4. At the shop, I met Tom and Erik, who were personable, knowledgeable, responsive. We drove one car, then the second/final. Perfect fit for me…a 2013 A4…had nice ownership history, which was valuable to hear about.
