Great purchase experience from beginning to end - Tim could not have been nicer to deal with. Excellent communication, professional, friendly & no problem w. our getting a pre-purchase inspection. Love our "new" 128i coupe -- highly recommend 5 Star!

Phenomenal service and variety of vehicle options. The process of purchasing a car was painless & a breeze. I recently bought a Kia Soul with a rebuilt title which I was a little skeptical about. Purchasing the car was actually a great deal, and fantastic car after getting it inspected by my mechanic. The car drives great and has a very clean interior. I suggest don't shy away from a rebuilt title. It might seem scary when it can ultimately be an awesome deal. The staff were honest and friendly. This place is worth checking out if you're in the market for a vehicle.

Purchase a 2022 Kia EV6 here. The experience overall was excellent. I worked with their representative Tim who handled the entire process himself. This is a small independent used car dealership, which operates on a lean budget, and in return their dealer fees are about half of what car brand dealers charge. Tim allowed me to inspect the car in every detail, and I could test drive the car twice. Price negotiations were fair and respectful. Once we agreed on a price Tim completed the paperwork without delay and presented the documents to me in a very professional manner. There was no rush or push throughout the entire process. Very pleasant to do business with him and 5 Star Auto.
