One of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve ever had. I did all my research at home and knew what I wanted. I called and spoke with Ray, and he confirmed the vehicle was still available and made an appointment. Upon my arrival, I was promptly greeted by Ray. We were able to get the deal done very quickly. I bought my second car from JRS a couple of weeks ago. The first time I bought a car from them (several years ago) the process was easy and a great experience, so I was happy to see they happened to have another car in their inventory that I was interested in. Raymond is such a great guy that even after I bought the car (right before Thanksgiving) that when I discovered a problem with a door he told me to come see him and he would take care of it (which he did).
