The Prescott Hyundai showroom is clean and comfortable. I shopped vigorously all the dealerships in Prescott, except one. Findlay Hyundai, Dustin M., was my sales rep. He is knowledgeable and patient. I also met with James D. in finance & Miguel in service. Everyone was professional and efficient. Obviously, I am a satisfied customer. I am NOT a bot nor employed by Findlay. I have no one in my family working in any capacity for Hyundai or Findlay. I have never been a customer there before. Findlay Hyundai of Prescott is a super laid back office and I just feel a good aura in the office. No one seems stressed or under pressure. First, I recommend sales person Gina! She’s super nice, friendly and efficient. She didn’t give me any pressure and clearly just wanted me to be able to get a car and be happy. She’s experienced too, over 30 yrs there. Secondly, I recommend James DeLuca in financing. I was a difficult one to finance and he bent over backwards-even down to providing personal service at our doorstep! Thirdly, I recommend Grant Micheau in service. He was easygoing, friendly and professional. Took care of me twice and just made the whole process easy and I didn’t have a long wait time at all like other dealerships I’ve been to. I was met at my car for schedule maintenance, and addressed by my name. We discussed what my service plan was for my visit. I was escorted into the customer center and offered drinks and snacks during my wait. I was updated about my vehicles service mid way through. Very organized and professional, every time I go in for service maintenance.
