This is also a family owned and operated business which makes it even more worth it. To see his team/ family in action was nothing short of amazing! 10/10…. 5 stars… would definitely recommend. I had a wonderful experience with Golden Rule Auto. I got my Nissan Car during the start of this year. This was my first Car and I got a lot of help from Golden Rule Auto before making the decision. They provided me with all the documentation and gave me enough time to review and make decisions. Also, they extended their work hours so that I can come and see the car since I wasn't local to Columbus. They were very kind, generous and friendly!! The Day when I bought my car, I drove to Columbus in a rental car and was getting late to drop off the car at the rental office ( which was 5 miles away from the auto center ), but Fortunately Owners Mom was visiting him so she came along with us to drop off the rental car and got us back to Golden Rule Auto Office. The only reason I wanted to share this story is to let you know that they treat you as a Family!! That was a very Kind Gesture from her and I am Thankful to the Golden Rule Auto Family for being so nice !! ????
