2014 MINI Cooper S

I cannot express the excellence of this car dealership. I just purchased my 3rd vehicle from them today. My last 2 previous cars were the best cars I've ever owned and literally had none to minor repairs during my time owning them. I drove 3 hours from Raleigh today on a whim. I got there late about an hour before they close. And there's Jonathan to greet & help me with all questions I had. I refuse to buy another car from anywhere else because this business just goes above and beyond every single time I purchase from them. I had not so much to work with today, just trade in from the car I purchased from them years ago. Johnathan made it happen and he really took his time to make sure it would. He stayed well past closing time and never once complained or made me feel like it was an inconvenience to him. Jonathan exceeded my expectations yet once again. Driving home, I felt like I had just made a really REALLY good decision and on that 3 hour drive home my new ride floated the entire way! I'm obsessed with my Mercedes! It's stunning and it was more than fairly priced in mint condition in which all of their cars are. They are reliable, beautiful and very well maintained. No crappy cars on this lot, not ever. Driving away from buying a car feeling really good about it, is not so common. But it is every time with select auto. I could go on and on and cannot say enough good things about them. I will never buy another car from anywhere else, I just can't get myself to do it. I'll be back for my 4th car when that time comes! Select Auto of Charlotte has been tremendously easy to work with during a stressful time in my life. I’ve recently changed jobs and moved states all while purchasing a vehicle from Select Auto. I changed the vehicle I wanted to purchase, then changed the state I wanted the vehicle titled and registered in. The vehicles I looked at were absolute top quality, very clean, with good service records. Select Auto has accommodated me to the best of their ability with the best attitude and professionalism. Not one time did I receive a bad attitude or feel like an inconvenience to them. I cannot recommend them enough and will ABSOLUTELY use them for any vehicle purchases in the future. Justin has been so easy to work with and I am grateful that what could’ve been another stressful experience during a difficult time was anything but that.

I don't leave reviews very often but needed to make sure I left a reivew for this dealership. I had a great experience with them. I paid a portion of my purchase in cash and gave them a substantial amount more than I owed them. They could have just pocketed the extra and I would have never known instead they came forward and let me know I gave them too much money and returned the difference to me. If that doesn't say HONESTY I don't know what else would. They did not have to do that. I was very grateful not to mention the beautiful car I got at a great price. I highly recommend Select Auto Group. A close nit family going out of their way to please their customers.
