I had an amazing experience at with these guys FOR SURE! They really went above and beyond. First, they did an incredible job detailing my car – it looked brand new! Then, they knocked out my state inspection quickly. After that i brought them my truck, they knocked out the inspection and did an oil change. They didn't stop there – they took the initiative to do a full walkthrough of the truck and discovered a oil pan leak that I didn't know about amongst a few other things. For the third time in a row, I have been amazed and in awe with Lake Norman auto exchange. Initially I purchased a 2011 Toyota sienna, when my elderly demented and disabled mother was living with me. I bought that vehicle thinking that we might need to take out the captain’s chair in the middle row in order for a wheelchair to fit. After she was moved into a nursing home, I purchased a 2015 Subaru Forrester from Jon unfortunately that car was hit by a semi and totaled. Having USAA as my insurance company I was paid full price +20% to replace that car naturally I called Jon now that I am once again living in Colorado. He told me about his neighbor‘s car which he has been servicing since his neighbor bought the car in 2011 I am Mail the proud owner of a 2011 Subaru outback. John Cleveland Senior made all of the arrangements to ship the car across country from North Carolina to Colorado. The car arrived in perfect shape with around 116,000 miles on it around 1 May this year. The car has been completely detailed and was absolutely stunningly beautiful! It handles just like a brand new car would and I would never have known that it was 14 years old had John that disclosed that to me. I had made the mistake of purchasing a PT Cruiser at a local dealership in Aurora, Colorado, and has been pouring money into getting it operable. I know for now on I will have no other car dealer than John Cleveland. He is the most honest man I have ever met, especially in his field. He answered every question I had and he retrofitted the car with a camera so that I would have a very safe ride for my soon to be born granddaughter John had maintained and serviced this car personally for his neighbor over all the years. I recently bought a 2010 camaro from Lake Norman Auto Exchange. I was treated extremely well, I was allowed back in the shop area where my car was being detailed, all staff went out of their way to ensure I knew all the functions of my car, the guys in the back programmed my phone to the car, and explained all the luxuries of my car. John had everything in order for a smooth transition, they filled my car with gas and assured me if I had any problem they would willingly assist me.
