Highly recommend USA Auto Sales in Mason, Ohio. We had Great experience and the owner Larry is a very kind gentleman. I was looking for a good reliable vehicle for my grandmother who lives out of town. He was very flexible and held the vehicle for us when an emergency pushed back our expected pickup date we had agreed on. The employees were also very kind and there was a great selection of vehicles. I mentioned the battery looking a little old in the vehicle we were looking at - Larry instantly ordered one and installed it in the vehicle before we purchased it. He also does any necessary repairs to the vehicles before selling them on his lot (brakes, oil changes, etc.) unlike most car lots!

Saw this beautiful 1999 on Facebook. Came over to the dealer in person and everyone was so helpful and nice! Process and paperwork was super easy and would definitely recommend anyone who needs a car! We’ll come back when we need another!

I rate this a three becuz of the customer satisfaction. I bought a ford focus 13 on January 6. It’s now January 11 and I have a check engine light on. I have a appointment with “ford” for a recall that’s on that vehicle, when they run the diagnostics if the problem doesn’t kick back as the recall then I have to pay for it 170$ which I’ve heard they say it’s something else becuz it’s cheaper then they fix something extremely cheap and yu never know. So I will be contacting the gentleman here I have good faith from our brief meetings that he will have something to say most likely do. How much I don’t kno , but that rating can go to a 5 most definitely cuz I love this car if I can get this hiccup figured out. Which is what I think will happen! Frank! Yu were solid thus far I think yu will handle this right. I’m ignoring these 1stars. I have not been back YET. Cuz he has an extra key. But my car is running just good. It was an 02 sensor.
