The experience is great. Everything is clear, and the service is good. I've got the ideal car, a 2022 Mini Cooper 4-door in pepper white, which is exactly what I was looking for and have looked for months. Glad I made the purchase and completed everything in one visit. Outstanding service from MINI of Annapolis. Scheduling online was straightforward. Corey, service advisor, was ready when I arrived to wait for my car. The waiting area is clean, comfortable and has great lighting. There is a table to sit and work while connected to the WiFi. Service was done in 90 minutes as stated allowing me to be on my way.
Had a great experience buying my first mini recently! Christian was awesome, and checked in on us while we browsed options.
