2025 MINI Countryman S ALL4

Dropped by to check out the new 25 Countryman All4. I told Sam I already knew what I wanted, and he did a great job of both listening and guiding the final sale. The family and I ended up driving home in my new dream car and I am 100% satisfied following the sale. The sales floor had the normal new/shiny feel, and the waiting area kept the whole experience cozy for myself and my family. Bathrooms were clean and upscale compared to most dealerships. Very bougie! Sam did a great job of getting us familiar with the vehicle prior to heading off the lot. He pulled our cars side by side so that we can load everything from one to the other and even stayed about an hour after closing to ensure we ran out of all our questions. I’m looking forward to seeing how the service experience is, but if the sale is any indication I feel I have made the right choice in dealer. Thanks for the awesome experience and helping us go home in this amazing car!

My husband and I had been looking for at least 6 weeks for the perfect MINI for our daughter’s ‘Sweet 16’ first car. We lost MANY battles in securing one due to the demand and this car’s popularity; however, we FINALLY found THE perfect one right on time in St. Louis. It was meant to be! We worked with Sam Hall and he was amazing from start to finish. We live in Tennessee and as soon as we saw the car - asked Sam for a recorded video AND a live video call! He delivered immediately and provided us with amazing service virtually. After answering all of our questions professionally and promptly, reading other reviews about the dealership, and evaluating the quality of the vehicle - we were sold the same day. The dealership is beautiful, Holly kept us laughing and made the process quick while completing the paperwork, and Sam met every “ask” prior to arrival (we drove 4 hours to pick up each way in one day). Our in-person 90 minute experience was premium and we will be back (regardless of the distance) to upgrade her car when she is ready. She started crying when she saw it and we were SO happy we went with this one. Thank you Sam and team for an incredible Saturday! We are family now. Cheers to each of you!

I was looking online decide to go in, was met at the door by Haris ! Great guy. He got me signed in right away got the keys and the rest was history! Made this process super easy, very personable guy. Love the way he does business, I highly recommend him.
