I made my first car purchase here a little less than a month ago. I was nervous going in, slightly stressed from all the stories I had heard over the years about car salesmen who try to finesse customers in sleek, and not always honest, ways--seemingly in a rush to get them to buy a car and get them out the door--however, luckily, this was not my experience at all!!! Alex Kelly worked with me and allowed my indecisiveness to have room to breathe without trying to force my hand into buying a car I might not love. His customer-first attitude and willingness to work with me as I made sure not to jump into such a large financial decision made the whole experience phenomenal. Noah Oglesby truly is a MINI genius! He showed me all the features of my new MINI and took the time to walk me through the more confusing ones, as prior to this MINI purchase I was driving a '07 PT Cruiser, not nearly as advanced. Jemar DuBose was another fantastic individual who helped me better understand everything that came with purchasing my new MINI as well as some additional perks that I could add if I so desired. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured during my two visits to the dealership. I am now the proud owner of my very own green MINI--Gertie the Green Bean! Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I plan to be a MINI customer for life.

We were thoroughly impressed by the dealership as a whole however, I would like to mention Ryan in the service center and Larry the technician who performed the repairs on our car. We recently had to have our 2022 Countryman, “Tillie” repaired and Ryan went above and beyond providing excellent customer service from beginning to end. He kept us updated on repairs, and even provided a courtesy car for our convenience which was a HUGE help since we live in Louisville, Ky. The entire experience could have been stressful and daunting without his attention to detail. I would also like to point out the technician, Larry who repaired our car was just as thorough as Ryan. He removed the headliner and repaired a noise and also removed and replaced a trim piece inside the car, and there was no trace of him doing either. It’s impressive that you cannot tell anything was done to the inside, there was not even a fingerprint left behind! These guys set the bar pretty high for any future maintenance we will need and we truly appreciate their genuine dedication and commitment to their job!

We had a good experience with Cincinnati Mini and our Motoring Advisor Travis H. We live a 100 miles from the dealership. Getting an appointment for a test drive was simple. We did have to wait 5 weeks for the car to arrive but talking with my friends who recently purchased cars this is not unusual. Most of paperwork was done over the internet rather than the dealership. Our technician, Noah, was quite thorough in explaining our new auto. We were pleased with our new Mini and our buying experience.
