This started as a 1-star review, which after a few days I am changing to a 5-star, I'll explain why, and no, my account was not hacked. I bought a Mercedes last week, and no more than half hour after I left the lot, the computer in the Mercedes began to give me errors. Of course, at that time the dealership was already closed, since I probably was the last customer of the day. I got home, in anger and upset, and had my neighbor run a basic diagnostic, which again came back with a lot of errors. In anger, I left a 1-star review that night. Having cooled down and with a fresh head the next morning, I headed to Advance Auto Parts to have them diagnose the car. This time it csme back with only 2 errors, but no way of telling how serious, since AAP reader is very basic. The same morning, Ryan from Brightway Auto Sales (after seeing my original review) contacted me snd asked to bring the Mercedes in for testing ... I was there in an hour! Ryan explained to me that in such vehicles such errors are common, if the vehicle has been sitting for a while and the battery has lost some of its charge. The Mercedes was tested again and revesled a faulty brake sensor, which threw the entire system "out of wack". This morning the sensor was replaced and the Mercedes is currently driving perfectly! I am very happy and very impressed with the service and the resolve of this situation. The way Ryan handled the situation I had really impressed me, and I highly recommend Brightway Auto Sales to everyone. I hope no more hidden issues will service, but the folks at Brightway Auto truly went Above & Beyond for me!

Overall great experience! I did most of my car buying online and over text, so when I got there I test drove the cars I was interested in, picked one and papers were already basically done. I was in and out in about an hour, with a 2 year old, which was amazing. Got awesome financing. Exactly what I was looking for. Car had a few very minor issues here and there cosmetically and one issue wrong with the mechanics but very happy with my purchase and nothing that has not allowed me to be able to drive it. They also have been willing to work with me on somethings I've asked after purchase. Make sure you know what your buying and check it out but great people to work with, great car buying experience. Fastest ever. And I believe they care about your convenience and price their vehicles fairly.

I had an awesome experience thanks to Dan. I found the car I was interested in online, the owner instantly worked with me on a price I could afford and when I got there, Dan was ready with the keys for me to test drive. I got a great car at a great price and the entire process was painless. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. I’ve had my car for awhile now and I’ve never had any issues with it. I would definitely recommend buying from Brightway!
