I recently brought my 2013 F-150 in for a known transmission component issue. The scheduled appointment was less than 2 weeks. Cathy, from the Service Department made contact, & effectively coordinated the cost of the repair payment with my after-market insurance company. After repairs were made, I was experiencing a hard shifting issue with the transmission. Cathy was quick to schedule a follow-up appointment and the issue was corrected.
