We had an amazing experience working with Spencer on our purchase. We ended up buying a very clean Porsche Cayenne at an extremely fair price for the mileage, and from start to finish Spencer treated us like we were buying a six-figure car. We made one late in the evening right before closing with Tan, another earlier the next day, and then came back again to finalize everything. Spencer never rushed us, even when we were upfront about going to check out another car at a different dealership in between. He gave us the space to make the right decision and was consistently helpful every step of the way. Small details made a big difference too. While we were waiting in finance, he even grabbed us cookies, which was a thoughtful touch and just shows the kind of person he is. He stayed over an hour past closing to make sure everything was wrapped up properly, which says a lot about his commitment to his customers. Recently had my 991.1 TTS serviced and Asmaa was my service manager. She was amazing to work with and even though there were some hiccups during the process, she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and the car was taken care of.
