Had a good (albeit expensive!) 4 year (major) service for my Macan S today. The price you pay I guess. Joe was super and the process was smooth and efficient. Like all luxury brands expect an oversell on any finding on the ‘complimentary’ 11 point inspection. They paid for my uber back and forth which was nice. Really good customer service. The car was nicely detailed upon pick up which was a nice touch.

I honestly can’t say enough about Porsche of West Palm Beach, and especially Alex Winter. From the very first phone call, Alex was exceptional. Not just as a salesperson, but as a person and a genuine human being. In today’s world, that really stands out. He made the entire process feel comfortable, transparent, and pressure-free. We completed the purchase in about 48 hours, and Alex along with his team made everything simple and completely frictionless. Thank you again for such a great experience. I’ll be back in three years, literally, and hopefully driving out with another one.

I’ve been a loyal Porsche customer for years and have always trusted the service at the West Palm Beach dealership. In the past, everything was smooth and professional, and I left satisfied each time. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was disappointing. This time, I had to make four separate trips back and forth because the service team was unable to resolve the issue on the first visit. Altogether, I spent around 10 hours of my life just commuting. To be fair, the dealership did provide me with taxi rides each time and even gave me a loaner car once, which I appreciate. As a Porsche enthusiast, I truly love the brand. However, good service is difficult to find in my area, and that forces me to travel such long distances to this location. I hope the service team improves their efficiency and problem resolution so customers don’t have to go through such repeated inconvenience in the future.
