Gossett VW has been amazing to us since we first walked in the door to purchase our 2022 Tiguan! From the sales team to Jennifer in the service department! Everyone has taken our time and concerns serious, furthermore giving us the best experience we could possibly ask for.

If I could give them 100 stars I would. My Ford suffered catastrophic engine failure two weeks before Christmas due to an engine issue Ford knew about but refused to do anything about. So after much research, I reached out to GVG online about scheduling a time to come in and check out a 2023 Tiguan. Yall—I had three texts from three different employees all within an hour about setting up a date and time. They got me in the next day and Russell (please go buy a car from him—not only is he incredibly professional, he is super kind and funny and made the entire process a breeze!) helped me make my car dreams come true. From there Nate (who was also so incredibly kind and courteous) helped get all the numbers worked out (as a young woman you always hear horror stories about getting ripped off—that is so NOT what happened with GVG) and we reached a good final number that both I and Nate were happy with. After that, I filled out all the necessary paperwork and was out the door with my new car. All in all, it took less than 3 hours from the time I set foot on the lot to when I drove away. It was THE best car shopping experience I’ve had to date and I’ll be a loyal GVG customer till death now. 100% recommend doing business with them and having Russell be your guy!

I was given an appointment. I got there a few minutes early and was told about a hour to a hour and half they should be done with my vehicle and that it was along with a few small issues I had but the prices were reasonable so It took just a few minutes more but everything was done and the young man who took care of was nice and on point.
