Ara made sure that I got to check out every car available, and properly made my mind up. This is what car shopping should truly be like. Hands down Ara gave me the best car purchasing experience I have ever had.

There are not enough words to describe how good my experience in this dealership was… I walked in with the typical nervousness and “I don’t trust car salesman mindset” only to walk out with a beautiful new car of my dreams feeling as if I was leaving home and saying goodbye to dear friends. I like the fact that my reps (Sarina M. and Peter M.) at BH BMW answered all my questions pertaining to the terms of the purchase prior to my arrival so I could focus on completing the remaining paperwork before picking up my new vehicle. I appreciate the fact that they let me know I have a coverage to have my car repainted or repaired in case of scratches or dent.
