We had a punctured tire on our trip north. Knowing we needed a certain tire for replacement we were fortunate to be close to the Porsche Silver Springs dealership. This is one extraordinary Porsche dealership. Thanks to my salesman, Martin Zollifer and general mgr. Bruce Kim. I have purchased several Porsche's over the years, but this experience was exceptional. The entire staff was great. A special shout out to Bruce Kim, the general manager, who welcomed me as a first time purchaser there as if I was a long-time customer--with very professional and personal service. He enabled my purchase of a 718 Spyder that has become my favorite all time Porsche. He also offered me the best trade-in offer of any dealer.
