The End of my Lease is always a chore. Looking for the right deal on a good ride proved to be more challenging (and lengthy) this go around than previous terms... that is until I came across Ganley Toyota. The place has all the usual trappings of a dealership, kind employees, clean environment, awesome showroom, etc. However, what stands out are the sales associates. My salesman, Jesse, in particular. The man didn't just tell me that he would work hard for me, he showed me. Constantly moving, multitasking, nailing things down with the people he needed to, catering to other clients, and all while finding the time to walk me through the red tape with ease. He kept me updated throughout the following day it took for my car to be delivered, and even came in on his day off (juggling kids in the process) to see that my final transition went seamlessly. He earned my thanks, appreciation, and respect in short order. I would also like to thank Lucas, his knowledge of the car I snagged proved invaluable. Making the last bit of set up quick and painless. I will be looking forward to doing business with these folks again in 3 years.

Had a wonderful experience dealing with Jeremy Trifero. He is extremely knowledgeable and the " no pressure" attitude made the whole process run smooth. We placed an order for our 2024 4-Runner Limited with our "must haves" and he went above and beyond to make them happen. Alex Moore in the finance department was very personable and a pleasure to also work with. Car shopping/buying is rarely a pleasant experience but I can honestly say when it is time for another vehicle we will be going to Ken Ganley Toyota and asking for Jeremy!

Toyota enthusiast here....Finding some specific Toyota models can be tough. My salesperson Jim Steffen, came through 2 different/separate times more than a year apart. What is important in purchasing a vehicle is making sure the salesperson and dealership follow through on their word. Jim and Ken Ganley Toyota Akron did just that. Jim had constant communication with updates for me during the entire process in both text, e-mails and calls. The first car came in when we were out of state. They arranged for a traveling notary business to show up at our vacation doorstep with the paperwork to do the deal. The dealership was patient with us being busy and out of state and helped assist with transportation too. Here is our '23 GR Corolla Circuit and '24 GR Supra 45th Anniversary Edition.
