Once you go Mini you never go back ! And once you’ve been to Patrick Mini cooper you’ll want to keep going back for their amazing customer service . Joanne made the buying of my new mini cooper comfortable and painless. She did not give off that pushy , sales person vibe. She was warm , genuine and friendly. I was offered many options and felt like I went home with the best deal possible. The manager Joe as also fantastic. I looked forward to seeing their friendly faces Every time I need to bring it in for maintenance
Joanne Tuiaana was absolutely amazing! She was helpful and answered my tens of questions. My experience and the whole process was completely smooth and stress free. I walked in with no appointment and came home with my new mini cooper. Thanks also to Joseph who took his time and showed me all the new features of the car and how to use all the technology. My old car was 11 years old and had nothing like my new car. Would recommend Patrick Mini, Joanne and Joseph highly!
I had a very good experience while buying my car at Patrick Mini. I worked with Joanne and she was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. Since i lived out of town, she made sure I had detailed pictures, and all specifications, as well as everything I needed and wanted, all the way to the delivery! Then, more than 2 months later, Joanne checked in with me to see how I was doing with the car I purchased! It's just that over and above type of care that makes me happy that I bought my car from Patrick Mini.
