My husband and I recently purchased an F-Pace and had the pleasure of working with Ken Comiskey, who was fantastic! From the initial greeting, Ken was sincere, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions with grace, honesty, and patience, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything about the vehicle so that we had a solid level of comfort, prior to taking it home. Top of the line service. Martin is the best professional service manager I ever had a pleasure to work with. I had a big issue with my front light in jaguar and hacked accounts, he was extremely efficient and precised with answers and solutions, even answered me on Sunday with the updates. Great service great store totally recommending, nothing like BMW or lamborghini, humble experienced and always, ALWAYS available

Firstly, I live in Michigan. My Husband found this dealership online while looking for an F Pace. We flew to Miami for a bit of R & R, and to find an F Pace. Jaguar Palm Beach stood out with consistent excellent reviews. Initially We spoke with Harry who promised He had a beautiful vehicle to show Us. He did not lie... The building itself was beautiful and well maintained. Very pleasant atmosphere. We were greeted by a lovely Lady at the front desk who told Us Ken would be helping Us. We didn't have to wait long. Ken showed Us the car and We took it for a spin. He explained some of the features while we drove. No pressure at all. The car was spotless, and drove beautifully. Absolutely quality vehicle. And quality customer service. We were recommended transport companies by Ken. And My F Pace arrived yesterday in perfect condition. From start to finish it was an easy process. Jaguar Palm Beach is a top notch dealership and top notch Customer Service team. Britt helped with paperwork and financials. Because We live in Michigan much of our communication was via text and email. Ken and Britt were available for all our questions. Ken set up the In Control remote, had a temporary tag on it, the registration was in the glove box, and two keys and the book were on the seat. Thoroughness! He made himself available to walk Me through all the features of My F Pace. Yes, I Am aware this review reads a bit like a novella ???? But I am a review reader and a review writer.
