Ian showed nothing but patience and kindness toward me and everyone around. Buying a car from him was the easiest and most stress free process! However, I was fortunate to witness a true test of his character as I watch him help another customer. As this man struggled to make his decision, Ian never gave up on him! He continued to make the man feel comfortable and never rushed. That feels rare in salesmen today. I left there feeling relieved that I too was never rushed into this big choice. We have shopped soo many lots and we found a great deal at Law, they were straight forward and open. This is a Christian family owned lot without the fast talking cheesy sales reps. They also print the Car Fax and give you a copy to keep for anything on the lot that you are interested in purchasing! They went above and beyond with a fresh oil change and filled it with gas AFTER we purchased it! Without us asking! They promptly fixed the issues we pointed out before we purchased it. There was a person trying to purchase the truck "as is" but they reserved it for us. Even though they were putting money into it before we purchased it. They also offer discount oil changes and vehicle service after your purchase. Highly recommend this place.
