Customer service was amazing. Victor and Lincoln were so kind and prompt in all of my requests. They answered my questions and were just awesome people to me. They deserve a raise! Victor always responded to me immediately even after the sale was final. That stood out. He is honest and smart and professional. Loved working with him! Love my car that I got from Custom Cars West- extremely satisfied. And my favorite part about CCW is they keep their word. Very integral. There was a minor thing I wanted fixed after I drove my new car off the lot, and they reimbursed me! Pretty cool if you ask me! Thank you for the great communication and follow-up. I've been to many car dealerships, but I've never had such a straightforward and no-nonsense experience before. It was great to work with this dealership! We will definitely be back when my teen daughter buys her first car this next year, and I'd recommend Custom Cars West to any family and friends. They were really wonderful to work with and even patient with us as we had to put a deposit down and move finances around for a week to complete the sale. Very happy!!
