We had an excellent experience purchasing a used Vespa from Joe! He was very helpful as we had never rode mopeds before, he went over everything about the moped. There were a lot of other people there purchasing much hirer value cars, but Joe took his time with us and was very thorough. The price was very fair and he was more than generous with accessories for the moped. We will definitely be back for future sales! Thank you Joe and Ryan!

Gorgeous cars! Family owned friendly place. No pressure. Very accommodating. Open and honest about little details on the car I would not have noticed. Simple negotiation got me the price I wanted. Very pleased with the overall experience.

I waited until after my first service to write a review here. I had an exceptional experience with this team. I knew I had the Aprilia Tuono 660 in my sights and this dealership had one left in stock. Upon arrival I felt welcome. No high pressure just a welcoming atmosphere. I expressed my interest in the Tuono and also was curious about the RS. The sales guy took me in back to check them out and sit on one to see if I liked it. I quickly found out the aggressive riding position just wasn’t for me. The owner helped step in and gave me even more knowledge about the bike (Tuono 660) since he rides Aprilia’s himself. Vey knowledgeable and made sure to go through the bike without being rushed (even though they were close to closing). Long story short. I showed them my approval letter from the bank and they locked that bike in for me. This was a Saturday evening. They said it would be ready Monday afternoon. And it was! They called me up and said the bike is ready and so is my paperwork. What I really enjoyed was I came in with my own financing with MY bank. I like doing business with my bank and most dealerships try to push and push you to use on they work with. Then they run your credit through them as well just to show you. I hate that. I already had my credit ran through my bank, you don’t need to do it. Well, Reina understood what I wanted and did not push and did not secretly run additional reports to other lenders. They respected my wants and I really praise them for this. I wanted to quickly run in the bike so I could get the first service completed before winter. I did just that. I made an appointment for a Saturday morning (9 am) and was there at 8:50 (i live 1.5 hours away). When I parked, a guy came over and asked if I needed some help unloading my bike. He was a mechanic on the automotive side that had not started work yet and still offered to help me. The service team for the bikes and mopeds was a little late getting in that morning and the bugged me a little bit (9:30 am arrival). BUT they more than made up for it with getting my bike completed in a timely manner. I hung out in the dealership section where I had another great conversation with the owner about the bike and my future plans with it. When I checked out of service, the bill was much less than I was anticipating and they gave me some oil for my Aprilia Motard scooter at home and offered advice on how to change its oil. This group is nothing short of amazing. I will always come back here for my future needs. Thank you Reina International!
