Dealership Norm Reeves of Cerritos was simply amazing! From start to finish the sales person Ernesto made it very enjoyable to purchase an Electric car. Ernesto was knowledgeable, professional and a top notch sales person along with all the staff . He was able to answer my questions and take care of me. There was one situation. I did not need the home charger after all and they made it right for me and refunded me the money immediately for the charging unit. After talking to Sherri at Optimum Energy Company, I did not need the complete home charging unit. She went above and beyond and made things right. I would highly recommend her for being one of the best customer service persons in the EV car home installation industry. She deserves a raise! The service was excellent and they went above and beyond to take care of me and my needs. I would highly recommend Norm Reeves of Cerritos to anyone.

We test drove a green ‘24 Electric Genesis GV70 with no hassle, came back 2 weeks later to lease it and it was sold. Ernie Ramos was so nice and helpful that he went out of his way to get another green one from another dealer. The process was easy, no hassle and the majority of it was done online. Sky Kim, Daniel Woo, and Ali were all very accommodating and super nice even though i was their for a good 3-4 hours exploring different options and going back and forth with my decision.
