Porsche of Naples is a beautiful dealership. The facility is bright, spotless and has every amenity you’d want. Both Nor in Finance and Victoria in Service were very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. If you’re waiting for your vehicle to be serviced, there are several quiet areas to work. I only wish that my Porsche dealership up north was as nice. Great job.
I brought my 911 to Porsche of Naples for the first time for service and Kevin Anderson was assigned to assist me. Kevin went above and beyond and I was extremely impressed with his attention to detail and accommodations he provided during the visit. Even though I live in Fort Myers and Porsche of Fort Myers is within 5 miles distance, I will always go to Porsche of Naples and Kevin for my future service needs. I had one the worst experience at Porsche of Fort Myers. Kevin and the service department in Naples were a completely opposite experience on the other hand. I highly recommend working with Kevin and Porsche of Naples!
Excellent experience! First time in so I was apprehensive because I have an established relationship at my dealership near my other home. My rep Mike was great. Good communication on my cars status and was able to coordinate a loaner last minute as my service needs changed. Felt very comfortable and will definitely be back!
