Just bought our 2024 Cayenne Turbo GT and took delivery today. All I got to say is our SA August Alpern is the best sales associate I have worked with for Porsche Cars. Attention to detail throughout the whole process was impeccable. The service at Porsche Brooklyn is top notch. Service Advisor Emanuel "Manny" is particularly helpful and knowledgeable. These guys were able to correct an issue with my Taycan that another Porsche dealership missed/could not. They have also at times managed to squeeze me into a tight schedule with a reasonably quick turnaround time, and given me a lift home when I've had to leave the car in the shop overnight. Kudos to the entire service team, including the service manager, I forget his name, for running the entire operation smooth and pleasant.
