I had a fantastic experience here. Alisha was such a great point of contact, so friendly, and so thorough. She ensured that the process was completed just as we had discussed. Michael in finance explained things very clearly and was extremely comfortable to work with. I traveled a few hours to get there for my vehicle and it they made it incredibly worth it. A comfortable experience, great people, not pushy at all, and folks I can now call friends. I can honestly say they went out of their way to ensure I was completely satisfied and the transaction went according to expectation. Next time I am in Moab I actually want to pop in and say hello it was that kind of a buying experience.

My experience with Kris (salesman) was pleasant and laid back. I told him I knew what I was looking for and just needed a facilitator, not a salesman, and Kris provided me with exactly what I requested. Our interactions started via text when I was trying to get an estimated trade-in value for my vehicle, site unseen, because I live 5 hours away from Moab. I needed to know if it would be worth my time to drive to Moab to look at the vehicle I was interested in. Kris told me what they needed from me in order to give me an estimated value for my car. I sent them the info and they were in the ballpark for the value I needed to receive from them. So I set up an appointment, drove to Moab, and met Kris. He was very personable, helpful, and allowed me to go through my process as I checked out their vehicle. After the test drive, I told Kris that I liked the vehicle, but had also been looking at others. I just needed to know what their best price was with my trade-in so I could compare their deal with the others. In the end their deal was fair, but what put me over the top was how open, straightforward, and honest everyone was that I worked with at this dealership. From Kris, to the mechanic, to the finance guy, they all spoke openly and put me at ease. Thank you for the great experience and I wouldn't hesitate to buy from you again!
