2010 Porsche Boxster S

I had an overall good experience purchasing a Porsche 911 from Resmo. Yanni was responsive and clear on what was needed and worked with me on the deposit, the dealer paperwork arrived promptly to my house, and Yanni waited for me to get the wire transfer sent as well as me sending the check from my lender. I would offer feedback that a more proactive outreach (ie call or email me to let me know next steps or outstanding needs) would be appreciated versus me following up to ask for actions. I also had to follow up on when the title was getting sent to me and I asked for a copy of any maintenance on the car like an oil change but I never received it. But overall when I called or emailed, Yanni responded right away. Yanni was extremely helpful with giving access to the car to get my ppi done through the lemon squad and working with my transport truck (Intercity Lines) when they called. Considering I was buying sight unseen from out of state, I think it went well and I would buy from Yanni and Resmo again.

I recently purchased a 997.1 Carrera S from Response Motors site unseen and have nothing but good things to say about the process. Yanni was responsive to all my questions and requests for records/photos/videos prior to purchasing the vehicle. He helped organize out of state covered transit which moved quickly and flawlessly, as well as handled the transfer of ownership paperwork professionally. We agreed to a purchase price on Wednesday, made the wire on Thursday, they had the car on a truck Friday and it arrived at my door in Illinois on Monday which is impressive turn around. A few days after taking delivery of the car it had a water pump failure and I felt that Yanni and Response Motors remedied the situation fairly. How a business responds to issues after a sale says a lot about their integrity. I feel confident they care about the condition of the cars they sell and would purchase from them again in a heart beat.

A huge shoutout to Nick at RESMO! Today, my daughter and I found ourselves stranded in a parking lot on Old Middlefield with a completely flat tire and no spare (thanks Tesla!). After waiting an hour and a half for a tow truck, and with no end in sight, we were getting desperate as repair centers were closing soon. We noticed RESMO nearby and approached their service desk. Nick immediately listened to our situation and didn't hesitate to help. He walked back with us to our car, equipped with a portable tire pump. Nick patched the tire temporarily and inflated it enough for us to drive to a nearby tire center. Thanks to his prompt action, we arrived just in time and were back on the road with new tires within 15 minutes! Nick's kindness, generosity, and friendly demeanor truly saved our day. We can't thank him enough for his exceptional service and willingness to go the extra mile. Highly recommend RESMO for their outstanding customer care and expertise.
