Liam was very helpful over the course of a few days of followup questions and details, including getting me a very fair sight unseen trade-in quote that they ultimately honored once they saw my trade-in in person. Once I decided to put down a deposit and arrange to drive up from MA, Liam helped to arrange as much paperwork and logistics in advance so that I only needed to spend around 2 hours at the dealership to check out and finalize my trade-in, do the financial paperwork with Russ, do MA insurance and registration and go over my new car with their Porsche Pro Gillian!
