A little late on leaving my review, but I wanted to thank Dustin Dougherty and the team at Volkswagen of Salem County. I purchased my second car from them back on January 30th, and the whole process was super smooth. Tara was awesome as usual with her incredible and bubbly charm. She remembered me from the last purchase and that made me feel special, as they don’t view you as another number, but as family. It was my first time working with Dustin, and he was patient, kind, courteous, and went above and beyond to accommodate what I was looking for. He was truly awesome! They were able to get my payments around what I was looking for. They don’t just rush you out, but they work hard to try and get you the best price. You can tell they are very big on retention and repeat customers. I am always happy and pleased when I come to this dealership. Thank you again to everyone!

I had a pleasant experience at the VW dealer in Salem County. I scheduled an oil change for my car online and used a coupon to get 20 bucks off the service. The wait time was not bad. The wait area was clean and they offered free coffee. Once my car was done I was informed of other services that must be done to maintain my cars care. I was provided with an email and a printout of the prices for the future services needed for my car. My overall experience at this VW service station was a pleasant one. Thank you VW for the great service.
