We drove from Ohio to Shipyards baseball park for a tournament this week, when my father's truck had several maintenance alerts pop up that needed immediate attention. We called 4 dealerships in the area and only Baker was able to squeeze us in. We are so incredibly grateful to Pete in the maintenance dept for getting our repair done the very next day so that we could make the 11 hour drive home safely. Excellent customer service and support!! Thank you!
Service was done in a timely manner. The service advisor did not try and push any other services, which I thought was nice. Near perfect experience except a little bit of grease left on the exterior of the car, and when I got home I realized someone left a key to a nice brand new 2025 Cadillac. So I had to drive back and return it. Upon doing so I felt like I had to pull teeth to get a thank you for returning the key. Other than that great experience
