We purchased our beautiful 2017 Mercedes GLS550 from Alex and Albert, they had a great selection and very easy to work with. About 2 months after we bought it the paint on the front grill started to peel back and I called and explained what was happening, I sent pictures and they fixed it with no questions asked.
